我十分認同奧柏學校的教學理念，相信AP教學法能有效地幫助患有自閉症的學童，因此選擇在這裏發展我的事業。再者，能夠在任教之前接受相關AP教學法理論的密集式培訓及教學實習，實在是很寶貴的機會，這令我有信心成為一個優秀的老師和治療師。雖然教導自閉症學童充滿挑戰性，但奧柏學校的顧問及主任們十分樂於在不同層面上給予我充足的支持和專業的指導，讓我獲益良多。看見學生一天比一天進步，同時得到家長的正面回饋，這些滿足感令我更投入於工作。

ABA Therapist

ABA therapists are required to execute designated and designed programme to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under a school setting. Our emphases:

  • Language & Communication

  • Social skills including initiation & assertiveness Behavioural management & Compliance problems

  • Creative & Imaginary Play Skills

  • Abstract & Creative Thinking

  • General Knowledge

  • Community Training & Vocational Skills

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Organisational Skills

  • Perspective Taking

Intensive training will be provided (240-hour training, you will learn about the application of Contemporary Behavioural Therapy in the form of didactic and practical hands) for successful applicants before they are getting started. We look for applicants who are:

  • Experienced or knowledgeable in Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) would be an add on

  • Highly passionate towards children

  • Speaking bilingual 

  • Degree holder, preferable in Psychology discipline

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Energetic, extroversive, and cheerful personalities
